The photography workshop (digital, analogue black and white and analogue colour) gives HFBK students the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge of the techniques of digital picture editing and to achieve an independent and well-informed working method for the digitalisation of films, editing of images and exposure of digital pictures. Students will be individually and intensively supervised in their artistic projects with regard to both content and technical aspects. In addition, specialist seminars on artistic and historical aspects of photography in the area of visual art will support the development of an independent artistic position. Previous experience of working with analogue photographic techniques and standard EDP operating systems is required.
