Wednesday: Cine*Ami*es. On Friendship. With Film
Venue:
- Aula und Filmhaus der HFBK Hamburg
The symposium kicks off with an exhibition exploring film in both the cinema and the exhibition space. After the opening speeches, we dive into a film program filled with rebels, shadow figures, aliens, and vampires – a tribute to the defiant. The night ends with popcorn, drinks, and experimental sounds provided by Leaky Vessel, part of the social design class.

- Screening: Listen to them—the children of the night. What music they make!
This film program ventures into the shadowy zones of desire and transformation. Figures drift through surreal, charged visual worlds—caught between attraction and repulsion, physicality and imagination. The screen becomes a space of film*friendship, where the eerie, the wild, and the vulnerable come into contact.
