In this workshop we will show you mindfulness techniques to enhance focus and emotional balance in personal and professional life as well as strategies to identify, manage and reduce stress effectively, promoting overall well-being and productivity. We will discuss the importance of resilience to adapt challenges in life and will create your personal method kit.
- Stress: development and effects (physical, psychological, social)
- Resilience and mindfulness - important core elements
- What weakens me and what strengthens me - recognizing your own resources
- Stress management methods: Overview and specific exercises
- Mental training: principles and specific exercises
- Determining and analyzing your own beliefs
- Various methods for self-organization, including the Eisenhower/Pomodoro method, time thieves, daily rhythm vs. disruptive factors/Pareto principle
- The little helpers (short helpers for resilience/stress management, including routines, Eat the frog first, medal exercise, Beware of the monkey)
- Summarize and create a method kit
