Information for HFBK billers and customers:
As of 2020, the HFBK is legally required to accept and process electronic invoices. After a transition period, the digital transmission of their invoices to us will also be mandatory for our business partners.
Until December 31, 2021, there are two options for invoice transmission: electronic invoices and paper invoices. For electronic invoices, a one-time registration with the Central Invoice Receiving Office of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (ZRE) is required.
