Social Media Netiquette
The HFBK Hamburg's social media channels aim to facilitate direct communication with the public. We welcome active and lively participation. In doing so, we emphasise respectful interaction with one another. The following guidance on behaviour provides the basis for our online communication:
- The tone is always respectful and objective.
- We welcome constructive criticism, but reject insults, abuse and provocation on our platforms.
- We do not tolerate posts that incite violence against people, institutions or companies, that are discriminatory, anti-Semitic, anti-constitutional, denigrating or unlawful.
- Advertising, spam and commercial content from third parties will be deleted.
- Comments should relate to the content of the respective post; off-topic posts are not welcome.
- The publication of personal and confidential data, including that of third parties, such as private correspondence (e-mails, chat histories, letters, etc.), is not permitted.
