Call for Papers: Art History Students’ Congress 2026 | Deadline: May 10, 2026
The 109th Art History Students’ Congress (KSK), taking place in Hamburg this year, invites submissions in the fields of art, art history, and visual cultures. Held from 6 to 9 August 2026, the congress offers students the opportunity to present their own research, ideas, and projects, and to discuss them in an open environment designed to be as non-hierarchical as possible. Contributions may take the form of presentations, workshops, guided exhibition tours, or experimental formats. The aim is to critically examine established art historical narratives and to develop new perspectives, for example through feminist or decolonial approaches.
