The Building and Construction Management is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, servicing, and repair of all university buildings and their technical systems. This also includes carrying out repairs and ensuring safety in traffic areas. The department plans and oversees renovation, refurbishment, and new construction projects—from tendering and awarding contracts to construction management. It ensures that the university’s rooms, buildings, and facilities are functional, safe, and meet the artistic, academic, and administrative requirements.
