The off-space gallery Nachtspeicher23 is once again looking for artists and collectives to submit exhibition proposals for solo or group exhibitions. The open call is seeking artistic positions that engage with the human body as a site of experience, memory, pain, desire, and social negotiation. Contributions in all media are welcome, including painting, drawing, photography, performance, installation, and object-based work. Selected projects will be realized within the capacities of the non-commercial off-space gallery located in Hamburg-St. Georg. If funding is approved, compensation will be provided. Exhibition concepts that include additional formats such as workshops, guided tours, artist talks, lectures, or readings will be given preference.
