The Mentoring Program of the Rudolf Augstein Foundation is a nationwide funding program within the framework of re:balance – Gender Equality in the Arts. It is aimed at ambitious women and non-binary artists from all disciplines and supports selected participants over seven months in an individual mentoring tandem with experienced mentors. The goal is to support artists at pivotal moments in their careers in their strategic and artistic development and to enable a sustainable step forward in their professional growth. The program includes in-person and digital tandem meetings, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Who can apply?
All women as well as trans, inter, and non-binary artists
Ambitious emerging artists or experienced artists with high potential
Artists at a decisive turning point in their career
Preferably with completed artistic training or equivalent qualifications
Main place of work in Germany
