Almost all of my friends have ADHD

The workshop is a participatory format for ADHD and friends.

Over the past few years, more and more of my friends have started getting diagnosed with ADHD, and I was thinking about getting diagnosed myself during a difficult time.

What is its relation to our constant need for stimulation? And addiction? Or other chronic symptoms?

We will discuss these topics in this workshop, following the guidelines regarding listening and sharing.
